Here's the formula for calculating it: unemployment rate = number of unemployed persons / labor force. Finally, the labor force participation rate is the percentage of the population that is in the labor force. The formula is labor force participation rate = labor force / adult population.

So if you drop out of the labor force and stop looking for work, you don't register.

You gotta be joking.....lower unemployment? I've seen the devastation up close, in upper New York State. I've actually written about it and have actually interviewed small business owners throughout the St. Lawrence basin. Obama is a failure. His Obamacare or the affordable healthcare act has been anything but. It will collapse, at the end of 2017 because people can't afford the premiums and would rather pay the fine. It's also caused unemployment, because businesses are only hiring part time, to save on the owners share of the premium. Oh, on Bill Clinton, yeah, serial philander and rapist....a good role model there.

Romney is a Globalist stooge who would rather see Hillary win, then Trump. But when he ran, he went to Trump grovelling for his endorsement and a political contribution. Saw the tape. What a loser.
